Terms of Use and Platform Rules
Version 2026-09-19 — effective 19 September 2026. Every Licentra account accepts these rules before ordering.
1. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and verify it before ordering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account. One person or company, one account.
2. Genuine licences only
Licentra sells genuine vendor licences. We never supply key generators, cracks or activation bypass tools, and any request for them is refused.
3. Rules for the keys you buy
A licence key is delivered to you personally. You may not share a purchased key with anyone else when the licence forbids it, and you may not publish it anywhere.
4. No unauthorised resale
You may not resell, rent out or transfer a key when the vendor licence does not allow it. Volume, OEM, academic and subscription licences are usually non-transferable.
5. No fraudulent use
Keys may not be used for payment fraud, chargeback abuse, mass or automated activation, circumvention of vendor activation limits, or any unlawful purpose.
6. Vendor terms apply
Each licence is also governed by the terms of the software vendor, including their activation limits, device counts and eligibility rules. Educational editions may only be used by eligible students and teachers.
7. Platform rules
Do not attempt to access other customers' data, probe or overload our systems, scrape the catalogue, or impersonate Licentra. Breaking these rules may lead to suspension of your account, cancellation of pending orders and refusal of future purchases, without refund where the breach is ours to prove.
8. Delivery, refunds and support
Keys are delivered inside your account after payment is confirmed by our payment provider. Because a delivered key can be activated immediately, a revealed key is non-refundable unless it is faulty. Faulty keys are replaced.
9. Privacy
We store only what we need to run your account and orders: your email, the sign-in method you used, your order history and your acceptance of these terms. We never store passwords from Google or Apple, and we never store or expose provider secrets.
10. Changes
We may publish a new version of these terms. When we do, you are asked to accept the new version before placing further orders. Your acceptance is recorded with its date and version.
