Where is my key?
Keys are released once the payment provider confirms the payment, then shown in your account under My licenses.
Activation failed
Check that the vendor account region matches the license and that no previous version is still activated on the device.
Refund policy
Unused keys can be refunded within 14 days. A revealed key can only be refunded if it fails to activate.
